Washington Post Weekly

The National Weekly is a new initiative by The Washington Post aimed at providing a tabloid to partner newspapers across the country. The locally printed section is meant to fill the void created as mid-sized newspapers are forced to cut back on their political, national, and international coverage. A unique challenge was creating a format which could be minimally adjusted—without compromising legibility—to fit differing press sizes.
